JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker with us, you are the gateway to elderly care and can guide those we serve to the right support. You are responsible for assessing needs, making decisions, and following up on interventions for individuals over 18 years old, according to the Social Services Act.

We continuously work to achieve a legally secure, gender-equal, and equitable exercise of authority. Therefore, legal security permeates the entire processing process, and our goal is to provide the right intervention to the right person at the right time. We are constantly working to develop our own operations, and we want you to become a natural and active part of this by participating in various working groups and individual assignments.

The job requires a responsive and genuine approach towards our citizens, and you also need to have a strong interest in collaborating with other professionals, organizations, and authorities.

In your work, you will base your actions on knowledge and proven experience. You will consider current legislation, guidelines, and routines and make decisions according to the applicable delegation order. How we treat others is important to us, and we strive to be respectful, credible, clear, and effective.

Authority work places high demands on you to be both flexible and professional. You can meet deadlines and have a high ability to structure, plan, and prioritize. By your side, you will have a senior social worker who supports and coaches you in your daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

• a degree in social work
• knowledge of and experience in investigation, case management, and documentation
• IBIC documentation system.
• Experience in exercising authority and knowledge of legislation and processing processes for the target group and the unit's subject areas.
• A habit of taking responsibility and making decisions.
• Good ability to document and express yourself both orally and in writing.
• Structured, analytical, and able to drive multiple processes simultaneously.
• Flexible and respectful
• Good at communicating and collaborating with others - both internally and externally.
• To succeed in this role, you should also be unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented, as well as good at building sustainable relationships since you are a key person in your assignment
• Driver's license B
